Q. How much will it cost me to join?
A. Membership costs $10.00 for 30 days. This is a one-time charge and there is no need to cancel your membership.
Q. What payment options are available?
A. Payment options include the following: credit cards - Visa (Verotel only), Mastercard, Discover/Novus, JCB, Korean Credit Cards, 900 Billing (US only) and Direct Debit. We also accept personal checks (U.S. only), money orders (U.S. only) or well concealed cash (at your own risk).
Q. What appears on my bank/credit card statement?
A. Charges will appear on your statement as either 'CCBill.com*Desert Bound' if you join through CCBill or 'Verotel Merchant Services BV' or 'Ticketsclub' if you join through Verotel.

Q. How do I view a Video Clip?
A. You will need the Windows Media Player to view our Video Clips. It's a great and easy to use program that is available for free here.
Click on the Video Clip you want to view using your left mouse button. A file download box will appear on your screen with options - choose the "SAVE" or "SAVE THIS FILE TO DISK" or "SAVE TARGET AS" and save to your C: drive, or you can save the Video Clip to a 3" Floppy using your A: drive. When download is complete, simply locate the downloaded Video Clip on your computer or your floppy disk and double click on the windows icon and it will play on your Windows Media Player.

Q. What if I forget my password?
A. Scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on the appropriate button. Mail order members, please include your usercode/username and email address.
Q. Why isn't my password working?
A. Your password is case-sensitive - in other words - if you chose a password and capitalized any of the letters, they must always be capitalized for your password to work. If you still have problems, scroll down to the bottom of this page and click on the appropriate button.
Q. How do I cancel my membership?

Q. When should I cancel my membership?
A. You should cancel your membership at least seven (7) days before your renewal date or else I cannot guarantee your account will not be billed for the next month.
Q. If I cancel my membership can I still get into the Members' area?
A. Your membership will be valid through the month that you paid for. For example, you join on Feb. 3rd and you decide to cancel Feb. 10th, your membership is valid for 30 days from Feb. 3rd.

Q. Which tokens do you accept?
A. We accept Bee-Tokens, formerly known as Bondage Tokens.
Q. Does Bee-Tokens rebill my credit card after my initial token purchase?
A. No, absolutely not. Bee-Tokens does not automatically rebill your account, you purchase tokens when you choose.
Q. Is my purchase through Bee-Tokens secure?
A. Yes, Bee-Tokens uses SSL Encryption and your purchase will be be safe and secure.
Q. I was unable to view the gallery I purchased, what do I do??
A. Go to Bee-Tokens and Request a Refund. You should also do a System Compatibility Check to make sure your system is compatible for viewing our galleries.
